Gérard Freysz
CEO of 4POLE; he began his career at Eli Lilly in 1975 as a Financial Representative. In 1985 he set up the European distribution for the Elizabeth Arden brand. Later in 1989, he created the European logistical centre for Unilever Cosmetics International in Lille.
Before founding 4POLE in June 2002, he held the position of Vice President within the European region and was also overseeing operations at the main production site in Acton (England).

François Conin
François started his career in the pharmaceutical industry as a chemist. He then joined the perfumery company Yves Saint Laurent, where he headed the department responsible for quality and packaging of make-up and care products. From 1992 to 2002 he worked at Unilever Cosmetics International, responsible for Quality Control and Packaging.

As one of the associate founders of 4POLE, he is responsible for planning and supply, subcontracting management and quality contol of components and finished products.

Ramiro Dias
After starting his career at Géodis as a Transportation Representative, he joined Danzas as a Sales Manager. From 1992 to 2002 he worked at Unilever Cosmetics International in the position of Transportation Manager. In addition to being one of the associate founders of 4POLE, he currently carries the position of Logistics Manager.

Christine Lambour
Beginning her career at Unilever Cosmetics International as a representative of Accounting Management, she then successfully managed the preparation of orders, stocking, reconditioning, and customer feedbacks. In 2000, she carried out the responsibilities of the logistical services of Paco Rabanne, before becoming a representative for a CEPL warehouse. In 2001 she supervised the logistical service for the Orest Society.
Being an associate founder of 4POLE, she is currently holding the position of Human Resources Director.

Alain Leuba
After completing a training course in electronics at Thomson, he joined the Unilever Cosmetics International society as Subcontracting Manager in Europe. In 1998 he took up the position of Subcontracting Manager at a factory for perfumery and beauty products.
He joined 4POLE in 2004 as Customer Service Manager.

Jean Christophe Kuntz
While starting his professional career at the auditing and consulting company KPMG, he acquired the Certificate of Accounting Expert (C.P.A.).
He joined 4POLE in August, 2007, where he now carries out the function of Administrative and Financial Manager.

David Trochu
After gaining experience in the field of international trade, he started his career in 2000 as an International Transportation Coordinator for a big pharmaceutical company.
He joined 4POLE in 2005 first as a Transportation Representative, then as a Logistical Representative.

Guy Gerthoffer
He initially occupied a teaching position for software data Processing, then created a company providing services in the IT field, called FTI.

In February 2008, he joined 4POLE as an IT Director.
