Our Customer Service is the control centre of the supply chain: Here the activities of all parties involved are coordinated and strategically aligned. The aim: customer satisfaction. With us you profit from having one point of contact, which takes care of the optimization of your processes.

(For this) We analyze your sales predictions and the available stock in order to identify possible problems.

Due to our international expertise, we are in a position to offer you alternative solutions: Product alternatives, modification of the transport and/or production plans. Example: Express production and delivery, changing the mode of transportation (air- instead of sea-freight).

We possess the needed know-how in order to organise, implement and control all of your product launches – Europe- and World-wide – by coordinating each individual step with all parties involved: Procurement, production, quality control, transport, stock management and distribution.

The business area of finance bears great and inter-departmental relevance within the company. It is involved in the decision making of the strategic alignment of 4POLE and takes into account its mid- and long-term economic equilibrium.

The Finance Department implements, optimizes and supervises finance management systems, which are best suited for the expansion of the company. They are responsible for determining the financial policies of the company as well as managing the necessary funds for growth. For example: drafts financial plans, determines feasibility, and verifies investment and expansion plans.

Furthermore, the Finance Department is responsible for implementation, supervision, and optimization of internal procedures, which benefit from other departments of the company.

For this reason the Finance Department verifies the bookkeeping. It gathers, coordinates, and verifies the numbers and compiles reports on regular intervals, which allow the Managing Director to react on short notice and make decisions based on up-to-date data. Naturally, accounting records and tax documents are compiled for the needed period.

Finally, accounting encompasses the administration of common services and real estate assets.

• The individual handling and delivery of your goods during import and export. Example: organising meetings with your customers
• The selection of a suitable contractor who will meet the requirements of your delivery dates
• The regulation of the flow of information between you and the transport contractor: Handover of the CMR freight document
• The reduction of transport expenditure thanks to the common use of resources
• The carrying out of combining transportation via ship, plane, rail, and lorry.
